This book contains rules, guides and ethics for the master of ceremony in handling a function, be it the formal or unformal. The book is very useful for any officer or staff that is involve as the master of ceremony because the effectiveness and fluency of a function depends on the role played by the master of ceremony. Hence, the protocol princples and applications must be understood because any defect or mistakes by the master of ceremony will affect the flow of the function and will effect the organisation and person involve. Through the publication of this book, it is hoped that the public servant will add further knowledge in handling any functions, be it at the organizational level, state or national level.
